Booking is simple! Browse our tour options, select your preferred date and time, and complete the booking form. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with all the details including meeting point, guide contact, and what to bring.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows.

Yes! Most of our tours are family-friendly. Our guides are experienced in engaging younger travelers and can adapt the pace and content to suit all ages. We recommend children be at least 6 years old for walking tours. Please contact us if you have specific questions about age appropriateness.

All our tours are conducted in English as standard. We also offer tours in French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Mandarin upon request. Please specify your preferred language when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Some tours may require advance notice for non-English languages.

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle, and sunscreen. For museum tours, small bags are preferred as large backpacks may need to be checked. Don't forget your camera! Your confirmation email will include a detailed packing list specific to your tour.

Yes! All entrance fees, skip-the-line tickets, and transportation costs (for day trips) are included in the tour price. You won't need to worry about additional ticket purchases. The only extras would be personal expenses like meals, drinks, or souvenirs.

Our tours run rain or shine! We recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket if weather looks uncertain. In cases of extreme weather conditions that could pose safety risks, we'll contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Indoor tours like museums are perfect alternatives on rainy days.

We believe in intimate, personalized experiences. Our small group tours are limited to 12-15 people maximum, allowing for better interaction with your guide and a more immersive experience. We also offer private tours for couples, families, or larger groups upon request.
